“The reason I founded the Alpha Community is that I noticed a lack of quality skills in the market when working with employees for my advertising agency services. My company’s name is Atomic Thought Advertising & Technologies. Although I initiated training for my employees to meet client requirements, they often left for better offers after completing their training.

I started recruiting freshers/trained digital marketers from the market and continued my style of training to provide the best quality to my clients. However, I always lost my trained team members after they gained superb skills. It was painful to serve my clients individually.

On the evening of March 24, 2020, the Government of India ordered a nationwide lockdown as a preventive measure against the COVID-19 pandemic in India.

It was a big challenge for me to figure out how to fix my issues all the time. I decided to help companies and new digital marketers who entered the market with lots of dreams for their careers.

I focus on helping companies to find and hire high-quality digital marketers with the necessary skills to achieve their targets and deliverables.

I focus on companies because they often recruit certified digital marketers without minimum digital marketing skills, which leads to struggles in achieving their targets and deliverables. Eventually, companies end up changing their new employees as fast as they recruit them, as they are unsatisfied with the new certified digital marketers.

For this reason, I have decided to produce high-quality digital marketers to help companies grow.

I also focus on helping students to develop their digital marketing skills and incorporate them into their curriculum, so they can have a strong foundation for a successful career in this industry.

I also focus on freshers because in the present market, we hear that digital marketing is a booming industry, and many job seekers are attracted to learning digital marketing. However, very few people get good opportunities, and the majority of marketers lack digital marketing skills even though they are certified. Sometimes people get jobs, but after 2-3 years, they see no career scope in digital marketing.

I initiated to fix this issue and decided to give the best quality skill to freshers to build their careers with focused goals and introduce them to the market as skilled digital marketers.

It’s not possible for me to do this in just a year. I started my own ad agency in 2006, and I have been fascinated by advertising, marketing, and entertainment. I have been working in these three industries parallelly since 2006, and I have 16 years of experience.

I remember my first client job payment was 1500 rupees for a wall painting job order from a client in 2006, and my recent payment from an online client is 5,00,000 rupees just for online brand monitoring.

My first national client was Dettol Liquid for the survey of product quality experience from customers. I received the order from a national ad agency. It was a 60-day survey in the Telugu states, and the order value was 50,000 rupees.

My first job salary was 6,000 rupees as an assistant producer, and my last job in a Telugu GEC channel was as a programming head for the GEC channels Raj TV Network Vissa TV & Raj Musix Telugu. I still work as a management consultant for Telugu GEC channels Studio One TV & YUVA TV.

I am very passionate about my profession in advertising, marketing, and entertainment, but my client base is gradually increasing. This time I have to focus on my agency’s growth. That’s why I am completely focused on improving the quality of training for my Alpha Community to get good results for those who have joined this community.
